TONY: What percentage of pain’s gone? What percentage is gone already? On a scale of 10 being the highest, zero being the lowest where you at?
Man #2: 5.
TONY: Oh, you’re halfway there. You ready?
MAN #3: Yes, sir.
TONY: Hmmm. Does this hurt at all?
MAN #3: Yes. It’s all connected.
TONY: Does this hurt now?
MAN #3: A little.
TONY: Okay. Just tell me when the pain disappears. In the name of Jesus I call for a rotator cuff to be created in this man’s shoulder now. I command the pain and the reason for the pain go now. Umm. Ummm. First tell me when all pain’s gone.
MAN #3: It’s gone.
TONY: You ready to lift it now?
MAN #3: Yes.
TONY: Lift it.
AUDIENCE: Whoooo! Whoooo! (CLAPPING)
TONY: Do it again. Keep moving. Keep moving it. Keep moving it. Move it around. It’s getting looser. Somebody ought to give God a praise up in here. Somebody.
AUDIENCE: (SHOUTING AND CLAPPING)
TONY: What has happened?
MAN #3: I can move it.
TONY: You couldn’t do that before?
MAN #3: Yes. They told me I had lost 49% of my arm use.
TONY: When was the last time you were able to do that?
MAN #3: Ummm, it’s been a while.
TONY: Some years?
MAN #3: Yes, it’s been some years.
TONY: 5, 10, 15?
MAN #3: 15 years.
TONY: Somebody oughta give God a praise!
AUDIENCE: (SHOUTING AND CLAPPING)
TONY: Do it! No pain. And you had pain about 10 years?
Man #3: 24 hours a day.
TONY: 24 hours a day for the last 10 years?
MAN #3: Yes, sir.
TONY: And now it’s all gone?
MAN #3: Yes, sir.
TONY: Somebody oughta give God a praise. Where you at? Honest report. Where you at?
MAN #2: About 75% better.
TONY: I want you to just stand up here with me, okay. You can go praise Him. Stay with me. Now here this is gonna be interesting. I want everybody who stood for supernatural weight loss to stand again. Check yourself. And if you’re either lower, uh, looser up here or down there come up to the front. Everybody that stood up before, check yourself. And whoever’s looser come forward. Don’t be a-scared. Whoever’s looser come up. C’mon, c’mon up, come up here and stand beside me if you’re looser. I’m telling you God’s already— I’m telling you it’s happening right now. And some of you all don’t want to admit that you need to come. I’ve got two people up here. Anybody else? Looser? Yeah I knew there was more than one person. Get up here, sister girl. Anybody else? Now here’s what’s crazy. Here’s what’s crazy. While they’re talking some of you gonna get looser. Umm, you get to go first and stand sideways. Stand sideways and show them how it was before. How tight, and I want you to tell the truth.
WOMAN #8: Well I’ll tell you what. It was tighter. It still has a ways more to go so I’m still trusting the Lord but I’m praising Him because it’s looser.
TONY: It is looser?
WOMAN #8: It is looser.
TONY: How much looser?
WOMAN #8: Do I know how much? Well you can see that I have some room in my pants.
TONY: That you didn’t have before.
WOMAN #8: That I didn’t have before. I mean I need some more room. A little—
TONY: Oh, no, no. We’re gonna pray for you girl—
WOMAN #8: Yeah, but I’m saying I’m trusting Him—
TONY: Oh, no, no, no, no. I want a man to stand behind her.
WOMAN #8: That’s why, that’s why I—
TONY: No, no, no, no, no, no, no. No, no, no— It’s a good start.
WOMAN #8: Okay—
TONY: Close your eyes. Say “Jesus.”
WOMAN #8: Jesus.
TONY: “I receive more.”
WOMAN #8: I receive more.

JOHN: So the next day, it was a Sunday, I was in my church. I felt led to really, really minister deliverance at the end of my message and as I did this, everyone in the church started manifesting even the elders and leaders that were going to assist the other people. They started dropping on the floor. It was unbelievable. I never seen anything like that in my life.
SID: Are you special or can every believer walk in that kind of authority?
JOHN: Well, Jesus said in scripture that one of the signs of them that believe, one of the first things he said was, cast out devils. They shall cast out devils. Any believer can cast out devils. You don’t have to be a deliverance minister, a prophet, apostle. If you’re a believer, you can cast out devils. That’s one of the signs. It shows you are believer in the messiah.
SID: Just between the two of us, most Christians seem to be afraid of the devil. It should be the other way around.
JOHN: Absolutely. Absolutely. He’s a defeated foe. Luke 10 and 19 says, behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy. One version says he gives you authority to destroy Satan’s power, so we have to walk in that authority and believe it. Speak it. Declare it. Decree it. The devil is under our feet. He’s a defeated foe. We give them too much power, too much access in our lives, but he is defeated already by the wonderful work of Jesus Christ on the cross.
SID: And you know this is so important for you to understand this whole area of deliverance. It’s not an emphasis, but it’s part of the package because shortly millions of young people are going to come to the Lord. We’re going to have the greatest move of God’s plan. And when they come to the Lord…I was messed up big time when I came to the Lord, but they’re even messed up more, if that’s possible. They’re into more stuff than I even imagined it was possible to be into and they’re going to need to be set free and they’re not going to have to go to a deliverance specialist. That’s part of the package.
SID: So that same presence of God on you, that drives the devil nuts. It’s on what you teach. It’s on your books. You are going to have to understand that you can’t go running to some pastor somewhere and knock on his door at midnight. “I need help”. You’re the one that God….. the Jesus in you is as strong is the Jesus in me and the Jesus in John. Now one of the things you’ve said that I thought was pretty interesting, you said when we identify the strongest demon…into something you describe it like a heavy ball and chain. What happens? That was fascinating.
JOHN: Mark 3 and 27 talks about binding the strong man and then being able to plunder his goods in his house. So I believe that with effective deliverance we need to go for the strong man. Jesus went in for Legion and he got rid of all those demons and so a lot of times we waste a lot of time going for minorly demons and I mean say someone has a thousand demons in them, it’s going to take more than a lifetime, a couple of lifetimes to get them totally delivered. But if we can get that head demon, that chief demon, we can get him out. It’s just like a ball and chain analogy. If I take a ball and chain, I throw it off a bridge and anything that’s attached to it that’s lighter than it, it’s going to go over. So when we get this big, chief demon, this heavy demon to get out of a person, all the other demons that are connected to them are going to go too. And then that way you have a effective, full deliverance.
SID: What he has been taught step by step by God. He’s put in his teaching and in his books and you told me you had such resistance when you did this book. You know why he had such resistance? Because the devil knew that you were going to read this and listen to this teaching and you were going to be just like Jesus in front of someone with a demon. SID: I’m here with Donna Rigney, and Donna has been taken many times to heaven and to hell. Just a little bit more. The room in hell with instruments of torture. What was that like?
DONNA: That was really graphic and gruesome to see. Whenever the Lord brought me to hell, it was a just an awful sight to see. And he told me, he said, “It’s necessary,” he said, “I know you don’t want to come here, but it’s necessary for you to see this because I want my people to know all about hell, that it is a reality, that there is such a place as hell. I want you to understand the tactics of the enemy to hurt my people so that you can tell my children. So my children will be warned.”
DONNA: And so one of the days he brought me to this place and it was a room full of instruments of torture. There were braces to put around people’s heads and tighten them up. There were spikes to drive down people’s spines. There are all kinds of saws and pickaxes, different things like that, hanging all over the room. And then I saw a demon come in. Demons, more than one, come in, grab some of these things and rush out of the room. And so then in an instant, like you snapped your finger, I was from that room down to a city street. I was overlooking a city street in the United States. And I saw these demons riding on people’s shoulders. I saw them driving spikes down people’s backs and people, the look on their face, they were in so much pain. And the Lord said to me—
SID: Well, what good is a pain pill if it could be caused by a demon? The pain pill doesn’t get rid of the deal.
DONNA: No, no, no. And the Lord said to me, “What you’re seeing, you’re seeing with your spiritual eyes, you cannot see this with your natural eyes.” He said, “but I’m showing you this with your spiritual eyes. This is true.” And then I saw some people that had braces around their heads, and the demons were tightening them and tightening them, and the people’s faces were grimacing with pain. They were having terrible headaches. And it was… And the demons were laughing. This was just the greatest thrill, the more pain they were causing. Then I saw chains coming down off of people, and some had balls hanging on the chain, they were walking along, ball and chain.
DONNA: And then I saw little children and the little children were walking beside their parents. Most of the children did not have any chains on them, they were free. But some of the children, the chains were coming down off the parents and getting on the children’s shoulder. A couple of children had smaller chains and small ball and they were walking along. And what the Lord told me was that what was happening was that the parents were word cursing their children. The parents saying, “You are a… Everybody in our family has cancer. You are going to have cancer too.” Or, “You never listen, you never behave, you’re never going to become anything.” These were then coming off the parents and getting on the children and the children are getting in chains. And the Lord told me, he said, “What’s causing my children to get into bondage is sin and their words.” Sin is a trap of the enemy and their words are the device the enemy uses to attack my children.

SID: Tracy, you see things about people, but you also see things about the United States, about the world. For instance, you saw things about the greater glory. What have you seen?
TRACY: In the greater glory of the vision that God gave me, the revelation was, 2019 has began to be the year of recompense and the glory’s already begun to manifest and even the next three years, the landscape of the church is going to shift and change. And God’s going to weed out, he’s going to take the people out of the people, church out of the church, and he’s going to begin to move in the heart of America.
TRACY: He’s going to bring the church back to proper alignment. He’s going to bring the church back to holding it’s true repentance where no man is going to get the glory. Man’s not going to be the center of attention. But God almighty is going to get the glory.
SID: So this greater glory, if I’m understanding it right, the average person will operate in the gifts of the Spirit … well as Jesus said, “You’ll do the same works I have done and even greater.” Will that be going on in this—
TRACY: We call it a miracle, but he called it the work of the Father. It became normal in the ministry of Jesus and in the greater glory, it’s going to become a normal. The supernatural would become normal activities of your life. So the upcoming next three years, the church is going to have a paradigm shift as never before. God’s going to call us to have a spiritual awakening, and it begun this year according to the time of prophecy, the time of prevention, and even in the landscape of those in high places even in the White House. God’s coming to our house and then he’s going to come to the White House.
SID: Tracy, what have you seen for It’s Supernatural television and for myself in this ministry?
TRACY: Well the Lord showed me, he took me into a trance, and you have walked before me, I saw you come up before me, and the Lord said, “He is a fore runner of the disposition of the greater glory. His ministry and the staff and the team and all that join hands together all around the world, when you join hands, the hands for this ministry, God has ordained this ministry at a pivot time that we need a launching pad to introduce a greater glory where God can get all the honor, where he can move. There’s protocol, but at the same time God can move.
SID: I am so, the word I used is the only word I can say in, “awe.” So if my job is to show a foretaste of what is coming, I want to show you a foretaste right now.
SID: Would you prophesy over a few people in our studio audience and if God directs even the TV audience?
TRACY: Absolutely.
TRACY: Just lift your hands and let’s just receive his glory. I feel the unusual anointing. I feel the miracle working God. I see the angel of God move in right now. Just lift your hands. You’re letting God knew I surrender. I’m going to start minister to about three or four of you. But right now, even though you this at your home, I’m looking through the lens of the camera, Diane, you’re getting a miracle, your lower back area, you own a walker, you’re coming off that walker darling. Dr. Johnson is going to take you off of that. Let us know what God has done in this manifestation. This miracle. Let somebody know and say Roth ministry, that a miracle happened, your lower L5 area, you’re getting a miracle. You were in an accident. There was two vehicles that was involved and one them it’s a black and one of them is like a burgundy type.
TRACY: And God said the miracle’s happening right now and you that’s in your home right now, I release the anointing of God, that tangible evidence of the miraculous of God in the name of Jesus.
TRACY: The angel of God is moving right here in this audience right now. I feel his tangible presence. If I would, if I get someone to back, this couple right here, you’re in the last row. Yes, you just looked at both of you all just stand right now. There’s an angel standing over both of you. I don’t know you, do I?

TRACY: I don’t know either one of you. We’ve never talked.

SID: Kevin, what can we do to fulfill our destiny?
KEVIN: You do what I do every morning.You wake up, you say yes, and when you go to sleep at night,you say yes.And you agree with God and you just don’t look at yourcircumstances.Satan tries to build things in people’s minds and in their lifeto show them that they’re limited and Jesus has alreadyannounced that he’s defeated the enemies.He’s made a show of them openly.He’s actually come to destroy the works of the Devil and so Iengage God from the other realm.He gave me the Holy spirit.The Holy Spirit’s from heaven.And he’s inside of us and he doesn’t know failure.The Holy spirit is a conquerer.He’s an enforcer of the blessing and we need to walk in the favorand the blessing of God.That’s what I do everyday.What I just said, I rehearse that all the time.Praise God.
SID: Would you speak out of your spirit right now?Whatever God has.
KEVIN: You just have to understand something.That the end of this age where everything is coming to a placewhere God has to move again on the earth.That’s right now.You have to understand something.In Heaven, there were individuals that you would saywere heroes of the faith, but all those profits,all the apostles, everyone that’s ever lived in the cloudof witnesses, they are cheering you on.They are waiting for you because you were chosen at the end ofthis age to wrap it up.And I’m telling you, it’s time to go into an overthrow mode towhere we have the authority and we start to walk as sons of God.Right now in the name of Jesus, there’s lots of you.You can see that the enemy has tried to pin you in,but it’s time to get on fire from the altar.Right now, fire in the name of Jesus.You are set free.I break witchcraft over your life.Now the spirit of the Lord says, “You are ready for promotion.Now you’re ready to listen to what I have to say.Now I’m going to cause you to walk as the prophets of old.You’re going to have fire in your mouth.”The Lord is saying this because there are many people will becalled to prophesy.Prophesy to your world.The Lord says, “Shift your world because I’m in it.”Says the Lord, “I’m in your mouth.I’m in your spirit.Fire coming out of your mouth in the name of Jesus.”That’s what the spirit of Lord is saying right now.
SID: What is going on in the atmosphere right now?
KEVIN: There is a whirlwind of fire because it’stime, Sid.It’s no longer a spectatorship.The Lord said that Israel was in a spectator mode.He says they saw God’s act, but it says that Mosesknew God’s ways.I encountered God’s ways and I know what he likesand he likes fire.Everything is on fire in heaven.He likes fire.He likes to grill things.He’s always cooking.He likes sacrifice.He likes to smell burning flesh.So as soon as my flesh starts frying,he gets really happy because he knows that I’m going to startwalking in it.Do you understand that this world doesn’t know what aChristian is yet?They’re about to because we’re going to be….
SID: Are you talking to everyone that is listeningright now?
KEVIN: Every single person.I saw in heaven that no one is left out.God has already provided this because theyhad a meeting before..
SID: But there is a free will andthey can leave themselves out.
KEVIN: That’s why I was sent back.I was inserted back in this generation from their future tospeak to them from the fire to get them encouraged into walkingout their books completely.Because there are so many in heaven right now that arecheering us on.They have done their job now they’re waitingfor us to finish ours.They are cheering us on from fire.There’s this fire in the alter room right now.I can see it because there’s sapphire floors and there wasfire everywhere.And I got a dose of that.And when I came back Jesus said, “Don’t hold back.Give it to everyone.Tell everyone that the limits are off,that they can see their books fulfilled.”Praise God.Hallelujah.
SID: I’m hearing you say that everyone watching us in thestudio audience is pre programmed for victory.
KEVIN: Yeah.
SID: Pre programmed to be the head and not the tail. Pre programmed to have a life of joy and peace.All you need to do has been done for you.You need to receive Jesus.You need to tell him you’re sorry for all the bad things you’ve done.Believe his blood has covered them and remove them,and then ask him to live inside of you and be your Lord.You’re a winner.

SID: I’ve got two parts of me. One part, is interested in the visible world. The other part is God’s blessed me, I’ve a very logical brain. So I want from a logical viewpoint, what’s the first thing we have to do to get a divine restraining order?
FRANCIS: The first thing we have to do, Sid, to get a divine restraining order from the righteous judge, is to repent. Absolutely, to repent.
SID: I don’t even hear that word anymore.
FRANCIS: Well listen, there are people now are teaching, who are saying that under grace, we don’t have to repent. I think, that’s really the morning strategy, to rob our authority from coming before the court of heaven. Because, Sid, the word repentance, simply means to be in right standing. It literally means to turn back, and come into alignment with the governing authority.
How can we come before God, asking him to restrain the devil when we are not restrained?
FRANCIS: That’s illegal, right? The devil can argue, against us in the court of heaven and say, “Lord, why would they restrain me? Why would they come in to restrain me, when they won’t listen to you?”
So repentance, allows us to come before God and say, “God, as I come to ask for something I really need for you to do for me, Lord, I realize, that there are areas where I have broken your word, where I have not walked like you, and thank God the blood of Jesus was shed for just things like that.” You want to be in a right place when you’re asking, there is nothing in the court, where the enemy can contest, what you are trying to request from the court.
SID: Tell me about the woman in your church, that needed a divine restraining order.
FRANCIS: Oh, my church is very multiracial. This is one of my Caucasian, members. She came to my office, on a Sunday morning, Sid, the worship was going, I could hear in the background, but she wanted to see me. Her eyes were bloodshot, and I realized, I said, “Oh, well what happened to you?” She said, “I’ve been crying all night.” She said to me, “I can’t live like this.” And then just, tears began to come out.
And then she said, “Well, I used to have a good marriage until one day I found my husband was cheating, in our matrimonial bed, with a woman half of his age. Devastated me. He ran out with this woman.” She says, “But, I was getting healed from it, but the problem is, we’ve got two children together,” and she says, “Dr. Myles, every time he comes to pick the children so he can spend time with them, he comes with the woman, that broke my marriage. It’s like flaunting it in my face. And then, sometimes he’s very verbally abusive to me, in front of the girl, that destroyed my marriage.”
And she cries, “I’m a child of God. I can’t be treated like this, I’m not trash. God help me.” I could see her, what the point of breaking down, and in that moment the Holy spirit said to her, “Ask her, tell her to ask her, does she want a restraining order.”
So I said to her, I say, “Sister, do you want a restraining order?” She thought, I’m talking about going to natural courts. She reacts, she says, “No, I would like to get one, but I don’t have the money, to take longer to go through, I don’t have an attorney.” I said, “I’m not talking about natural restraining orders. He says, “As you are talking to me, your heavenly father has heard your cry, and is asking me, “Do you want me, to bring you before him, to get the divine restraining order against this man’s behavior?”
She said, “You mean God issues restraining orders?” I said, “Of course. He’s the righteous judge. He’s the first judge.” She said, “Let’s do it.” So I said, “What do you want?” She said, “I want him to stop insulting me.” She said, “I want him to stop coming to collect the children with this woman who broke our marriage. And thirdly, the kids have been begging, to go and see my grandparents, who live in another state. Every time I beg him, to take my children there, he’s promised me, he’ll go to the Phoenix police department, and, file, kidnapping charges. So, the kids can’t even go and see their grandparents. I need those three things.”
So we went before the court of heaven, and we asked for a restraining order against this man, in those areas. Sid, it’s less than 48 hours. The man calls her, and is crying on the phone. He says, “I do not know why I’ve treated you so miserably. You don’t deserve it… You didn’t break the covenant, I did.
I did.
